SPRING SESSION STARTS TUESDAY, JULY 8TH
FOR 8 WEEKS (YOGA STARTS WEDNESDAY, JULY 2)
The Carroll Manor Fitness Program offers
a variety of classes. New participants to the program should
arrive at class 15 minutes early to register. Registration
forms are available on this website to print. After that you
only need to mail in your check at the beginning of each new
session if you are going to continue with the program. Calendars
will be available at each class with updates on canceled classes
or any other changes that are made. Everyone will be expected
to sign in upon arriving at class.

Session Flyer is now available.
Aerobics
An energized hi/lo aerobics class. Have fun while burning
calories, conditioning your cardiovascular system and improving
coordination. This class is an easy-to-follow aerobic and
toning workout. The morning and evening classes feature a
30-minute muscle conditioning segment using resistance tubes,
bands and weights to tone the different muscle groups. To
enhance the workout exercise balls may also be incorporated
into this routine. In the morning class, this is followed
by a 30-minute calorie-burning aerobic workout, and 20 minutes
of interval training. In the evening class it is followed
by 45 minutes of aerobics and additional toning. There is
a cool down segment followed by stretching exercises to make
the most of your exercise routine. This is a relaxed environment
in which you can stay for the entire 90 minutes, or attend
any part of the class that suits your schedule. Bring a mat
and water bottle.
