The Carroll Manor Fitness Program offers
a variety of classes. Registration forms are available on
this website to print and mail. Calendars will be emailed
with updates on canceled classes or any other changes that
are made. Everyone will be expected to sign in upon arriving
at class.

Aerobics
An energized hi/lo aerobics class that conditions your cardiovascular
system and improves coordination and balance. This class is
an easy-to-follow aerobic and toning workout. Classes feature
a 30 minute muscle conditioning segment using resistance tubes,
bands, balls, and weights to tone the different muscle groups.
There is a 30- minute calorie-burning aerobic workout and
cool down segment followed by stretching exercises to make
the most of your exercise routine. Bring a mat and water bottle.
